The Thoumieux is three places in the same time :
a conceptual hotel, a friendly brasserie where a delicious lunch menu
costs only 30 € (excluding weekends) and above all,
the restaurant of Jean-François Piège,
one of the best french Chef in the world.
Booking is required for access to this space hidden over the brasserie.
The decor is unique, elegant and comfortable but it is of course the culinary
talents of Chef Piège that are the particularity of the place.
Every day the menu, renamed
"règle du Je(u)” (a pun : rule of the game/of I)
offers a list of firts choice ingredients, from which the lucky customer
can choose one or two that will be prepared with creativity
and technical skills for his delight.
