Running until August 28th, 2017, the exhibition aims mainly at highlighting the strong and passionate devotion of some popular painters such as Maurice Denis to protect the last home of the popular French artist Eugène-Delacroix and to transform it into a museum (the museum where the exhibition is taking place).
Special loans from private collections as well as others from French and international museums are brought together on the occasion of this exceptional exhibition. It offers a chance for attendees to discover the profoundness of the influence of Delacroix on the artists of the next generation.
