ART
from the 1/ 1/ 2010 until the 31 / 12/ 2010 Saint Honore Market Square Place du Marche St Honoré
A former convent that became a club during the 1789 revolution and transformed into a market in the XIXth century.
The Saint Honore Square now houses a glass covered market designed by Boffill, with different offices and up-market, fashionable decoration shops. Nice unusual boutiques surround the square along with trendy restaurants which display soughtafter shades terraces in the summer. An interesting contrast between modernity and peacefulness for this tipically Parisian square.

from the 24/ 2/ 2010 until the 24 / 5/ 2010 Turner and his painters Hundred paintings and graphic works
Turner’s (1775-1851) English landscape paintings established his reputation as one of the finest landscape artists of the XIXth century, he was highly unusual in that he responded to the works of the old Masters and his contemporaries throughout his lengthy career..
He was constantly in search of inspiration and turned first to the work of other young English painters working in watercolours, later examining the work of Dutch landscape painters and then the Italian painters.
This exhibition is organised by Tate Britain, London and the Museo Nacional del Prado, Madrid.
